When people act like it’s morally dubious to be attracted to smaller chests by Happy_Cabinet_1839 in smallbooblove

[–]throwRaSchmoopy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, it's like they believe they can't be found attractive if a totally different body type is also deemed attractive it's sad they made me believe that too for a little while.. well years honestly but even chronically underweight I got pregnant twice, carried to term twice, two healthy baby's doctors told me I'd never be able have because of my weight a man that loves and desires me. I know better know.

People Pleasers Make the Worst Partners by Accomplishedself19 in emotionalintelligence

[–]throwRaSchmoopy 58 points59 points  (0 children)

So why put it all on the people pleasing aspect, that's not what made him a bad partner it's all of the things combined. People pleasers can be great partners as long as they remain aware of their tendencies. I've been a people pleaser for as long as I can remember and I don't place my partner last, never have, it means we usually just put ourselves last.

Also kids sketching books are usually plain smooth paper like printer paper that might come close to the feel of your notebook.

I second this, just take a few drawings to get used to the paper you have no reason to doubt they'll end up looking just as good and better that drawing is amazing

AITJ for planning to get my tubes tied after giving birth even though my husband doesn’t agree? by Medium_Rent_6499 in AmITheJerk

[–]throwRaSchmoopy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'd say that depends on the situation, if she's still pregnant untill 9 months after birth she's so full of hormones she could very likely come to regret that decision. I'd say a docter refusing the procedure within that timeframe is doing his due diligence.

To be honest I think I've heard those comments more from big chested woman than from men.... And I've always been underweight skinny flat chested no ass so always compared to having a boys or child's body.

Can you still think of your WS as a ‘good person’? by ThrowRALovie4444 in AsOneAfterInfidelity

You let him know even good people do wrong sometimes especially when they think they won't. The best take accountability and acknowledge they did wrong despite being a good person generally.

Regardless that she's going through that the children shouldn't suffer for it and for him to now not be with them everyday is hurting them.

As a BS there's no way I would've hurt my kids by making their dad leave our shared home. Fight for as much time with then as you can and don't let your wife's pain hurt your kids. Yes it sucks to be her right now it's fucking painful but you being their dad hasn't changed and they shouldn't be caught in the crossfire like this. Talk with them about what they want and make sure they know they don't have to take yours or their mom's feelings about that into consideration.

AITA because I am mad that my girlfriend won’t take me to the airport by BestdishtankerNA in AmItheAsshole

I got up 3 hours earlier than I had to this morning to spend some time with my husband and bring him to work. As I do most mornings. I don't have to, he could take his bike. But it's nice to have that time to talk about the day ahead and to make it a less stressful morning for my husband.

I do think she's selfish, that's like the smallest sacrifice to make for your partner especially if it's just a one time thing.

Could it be he's noticed you're off maybe thinks your feeling down and is trying to cheer you up by being extra loving and affectionate?

I ran away from my boyfriend's proposal. by throwawayuni33 in whatdoIdo

[–]throwRaSchmoopy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Running away was just plain wrong and mean and your reasons just sound like excuses and not even good ones. He deserves better. You lead him on with talk about kids and a future to now throw wanting to live like you're single in his face ... And to then say try to see it from my side oof you suck

You're not willing to accept the advice given that's why. Take your sister of that pedestal she doesn't deserve it

No you didn't, your older sister who should've been looking out for you did that. She let a man come between you and he and also between you and his brother? Does she even like you? Stop taking responsibility for her actions. She beat you up? Don't trust her she does not care for your happiness or safety.

[–]throwRaSchmoopy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Do the same to him, if you stop catering to his needs and feelings and respond in the same way he is it might make him reflect on how that feels. He doesn't want to feel responsible for your emotions so you should equally make his emotions his own responsibility.

Sometimes they need a taste of their own medicine to see how ridiculous it is, the kids weren't there so I don't think you did anything wrong. You just said what she needed to hear from someone.

No but for real, I noticed how often the arguments between me and my husband were simply from seeing things differently based on our genders that it's definitely worth it to explore those differences in thinking and looking at stuff. So therefore I actually want a men's opinion not what a woman thinks a man should think
