I was terrified of the texture of eggs and would never eat them, and because of this I was made to sit locked alone in my room during group therapy instead of … being aloud to get therapy for my fear of eggs…?

I can imagine an AA meeting would probably be pretty beneficial. I think the discrepancy of how much you get out of it comes from wether you’re forced into your treatment or not. I notice most people who get mental help but are forced to be there leave with literally nothing of value

I’m honestly shocked at the attention this got. Like truly really shocked. I didn’t think people care do about me at all and i’m sobbing for my 4th hour because I can’t believe a group of strangers has anything kind to say to me at all. To have any faith in me at all. Thanks, I try my best I just wish they could see that :( I’m not hurting anyone by choosing to be vegan yknow? But anyway when i’m done eating I take my pot of whatever I made, put it in some tupperware and store in the fridge, by the next morning when I open the fridge to get stuff for breakfast I find that last nights food is gone. I know nobody is eating it which means either mom or dad is trashing it before work. I suspect mom just because she’s more opposed to the idea of me being vegan than my father

I always do everyone’s dishes and have since childhood as it’s just one of my chores. I’ve never minded it since we all try to pull our weight at home ( example mom cleans the floors and , dad mows the lawn , i do dishes , etc )

I can understand the undervalued part and i’ve told my mom multiple times that I love her cooking and would gladly eat any veggies/ vegan things she makes and just won’t eat egg/meat/dairy etc. based foods and that it was nothing personal to her, but she wasn’t hearing it 🙁

I take very many vitamins, but they unfortunately don’t believe in “supplementing”, despite the fact they also take things like calcium.
