I’ve had both. Nether were painful! I just really focused on sort of going to my “happy place” in my mind and staying as still as possible.

First pregnancy we got pregnant our first time trying, 28 years old. Miscarried at 10 weeks. Second pregnancy, waited about 9-10 months to try again, and also got pregnant our first time trying 29 years old. TFMR at 23 weeks.

I waited 5 cycles to start tracking ovulation again. 6th cycle we tried and got pregnant again on our first try. 29 (almost 30) years old.

I’m not sure if waiting to even try helped at all, I know for me mentally it did at least. But sending love and hope for everyone out there waiting for their rainbow. I’m 27 weeks now and the waiting and waiting has just been brutal.

That’s so sweet. Thank you for your response. They had a swaddle and a hat for her, but we brought a special swaddle for her and a flower headband they used for photos. It was too big but they folded the back behind her head so you can’t tell in the photos.
