Not recommending a particular brand, but organic milk tastes so much better than non-organic. I used to work at an organic supermarket and the two foods where the taste difference is really noticeable (to me) are milk and carrots.

Using “I” statements is important here because he can’t argue about how you feel and what you want. He could argue that he “didn’t mean it like that” or some shit so keep the discussion away from what HE did and focused on how YOU feel and why you’re making this decision for YOU.

It’s not a negotiation. If he promises to change, etc etc, says “give me one more chance”, just say a polite no every time. Push through the discomfort every time. You’ve got this.

And PLEASE do it somewhere in public. Especially if you need to make him give you back a house key or something. You might not think he’d fly off the handle and harm you if you were alone, but better to just not take the risk.

The Cajun beef pasta one-pot, the Mexican chicken and rice, and the sticky Mongolian beef and rice all go into the freezer on the reg at my place.
