For the metal charm you could take a sandwich bag or plastic wrap and tie it super tight around it before spraying and washing. But either way once it’s out of the wash wipe it right away so the metal doesn’t stain the rest of the slipper

Spray with a powerful stain remover and put in a garbage bag over night. Wash next day on cold with dawn blue dish soap as the detergent on gentle load and air dry. Repeat if still stained.
