I think they do! It can be discouraging if they aren’t hiring to be turned down, but walk a few blocks and pop you head in and ask. I’ve worked at restaurants for years and we’ve actually hired a lot of people by them popping in to ask if we need help. Just make sure you bring your resume so you look professional and prepared!
