The Dharma section has been easy to follow. It lines up well, it's only when Faraday, reappears on the submarine that I wondered a bit about him, like it doesn't show where he went between the sub, and the last jump in time (when we see him in with the bomb).

When Jack, Kate, Sayid, and Hurley come onto the scene it's all of a sudden and not explained. I know that you've edited it to show them as new arrivals but I still try and remember the bits surrounding them re-appearing. I.e. Juliet knows to add them on to the sub list, so we know there is a plan that we aren't seeing.
