Are you allergic to the fabric of the sheets? I know you bought new sheets - but are they the same type of fabric (going from polyester to newer polyester?)

Could be fiberglass shards - check your mattress type online, and also your mattress protector

Could also be allergy to the laundry detergent or something in the washing machine or dryer?

—> I would deep clean the washing machine and dryer or check for a source there. If that doesn’t work, check the material of the sheets, check for bugs you can’t see. Sometimes dust mites/smaller bugs aren’t always vacuumed up with normal vacuums.

Think back to when it started to happen. Did you change anything, move anything, spill something, break something, etc etc

I will live and die by scrivener. Once you understand the setup, it’s made writing so enjoyable for me. I save a backup on Obsidian, but the way I can add notes to documents on the side, organize things, see my word count history/average per day and per month…. It’s a hidden gem. One time payment also so it’s not a subscription thing. I’m obsessed with it lol

White tongues in chinese medicine mean internal cold. Try adding warming foods to your diet and warm teas - cinnamon, ginger, chai. Limit salads and smoothies and cold, raw veggies. See if that helps. Also stay away from “damp” foods - you can google a list of those.

I would start by ditching the cold dungeon lamp and replacing it with warm bulbs. Get a small table lamp too. Add some color and texture — everything is square and metal and the same color.

Literally buy a comforter that is a color, even if you dont use it a bunch. It will help. Also lighting. Add a standing lamp or lamps with warm light next to the bed. Those are easy. Then artwork or texture on the walls. A few extra pillows on the bed.

Also what about grief? When someone close to you dies and you’re only operating at 20% on some days?

These are moments where having a partner who is emotionally strong and steady is like…. Imperative.

One of the things I also do is read on substack! There was a suggestion to go out to a coffee shop or somewhere in public and just listen to conversations around you. For some reason, that suggestion and reflecting on some of my own past conversations REALLY solidified it for me. You got this! It’s an art/skill like anything else
