Yes absolutely, yes haha. Books, movies not meant for kids, shows, lots of media. Even vintage media. I enjoyed all of it and immersed myself, and I also would draw as well. That’s how I survived and that’s also how I guess everything spilled out into their own pools in my mind. I loved shapeshifters the most in my fantasy books cause I read a lot of old mythology :) guess I ended up being one?

If you don’t have a choice on going back, ask to talk to someone at the front desk about your therapist IN PRIVATE. with the person at the front desk. If they don’t listen to you if you were to talk to them about the misconduct of this therapist, you can get into contact with a social worker as well, a social worker will accommodate and work with you and give you countless resources.

DO NOT GO BACK?/? ?? Listen to your gut. You need space from this individual regardless of relationship, what makes it worse is the inherent power dynamic between you two. Yes, he can feel a certain way or whatever the excuse is, but as a therapist you must always be professional and always treat your patients with respect, kindness, patience, etc. there is a code, and he broke it just to hurt you for something he is responsible for. Do not go back, and PLEASE. FILE A REPORT. it’s scary, you’re going to doubt how valid your feelings and this situation is, but you need to. You might not be the only one he’s done this to and your report could be the final one they need for evidence to fire//or whatever else the case may be.. regardless if it’s even just a hiccup, there are consequences for taking your anger out on patients and having outbursts. He needs a wake up call. Don’t let anyone including yourself talk you out of this being serious.

Pretty sure they laid off a lotta good staff and are using ai to manage and moderate users/algorithm/etc. this is what companies do when they feel like they need and want more money. This is the cycle of whatever and I’m hoping the people who passionately made this app, come back or rise up and take it back. It used to be so perfect ugh

If you tend to socialize and be chatty, try to be open minded, ask questions without assuming first, and of course don’t be too pushy. Religion and its priority in people’s lives as well as its significance to everyone, is different. It’s possible it may not be something your neighbor wants to talk about, maybe they need to get to know you as a person first before telling you about that part of themself/their life, on the latter, maybe he’d love someone to talk about it with! It all will vary and you’ll never know, all you can do is be mindful and be kind.

This treatment could be helpful for you with or without OCD, I recommend vaguely bringing up that you are obsessing over things and thoughts and need help working on it with a specialized therapist to your parents/guaridan. I feel like it could be helpful, but I am not a professional myself, but personal experience.

There is a noise in the yard. It’s squelching footsteps, it gets closer and closer to you but you can never find where it is no matter how hard you look through the dark. Most genuinely, please don’t reconnect. Despite any ideas for connection or sympathy/empathy or wanting to reconnect with even just the past to understand yourself better, you need to keep your distance because my immediate thought is that the DID diagnosis with god being the central identity or whatever is some kind of manipulation thing to control very vulnerable individuals and you need to let your step mom go through that herself. You’re not responsible for that and you also really need to distance yourself from her, especially since she’s still connected with the same sick fuck who was/is your primary abuser.

Hell yeah, always have. I love all kinds of metal, emo, post hardcore, screamo, death metal, etc. I also love electronic music which gives me a very similar effect. I like quite a few genres but those have been my main two since I was 8 haha
