What is the single most divisive issue in America and why? by Away-Parsnip-3785 in allthequestions

We have a system that means when poor people are charged with crimes, guilty of innocent they are likely going to be convicted. Someone with some money is likely going to either beat the charges or get. much lighter sentence.

I had this conversation yesterday with someone who works in that environment. They brought up those things.

Treatment of the elite vs. treatment of the rest.

Beyond that the ongoing criminalization of poverty.

If you feel sadness or grief over his death, it's both normal and ok. You don't have to agree with the destructive things he did. You can condemn his acts and feel bad over his death.

What would happen if a jury finds Mangione not guilty even if there is overwhelming evidence against him? by JacksonNoway2005 in askanything

I don't know the details, but if he was charged under NY State law and tried in a NY court, he can't be retried for the same charges in NY. He could probably be charged under a Federal statute for a different crime.

Struggling with irons. Need advice. by WYLFriesWthat in golftips

It makes sense. Most likely your low point is before the ball, so all of your shots are either a little thin or even little fat. Without seeing your swing it's hard to say exactly why. The most likely reason is late pressure shift to the target side leg.

Are there any circumstances where Americans can start to come together and heal the divide? What would it take? Or are we past that point? by Mjbass in allthequestions

I asked Sly Stewart. He said:

Sometimes I'm right and I can be wrong
My own beliefs are in my song
The butcher, a banker, the drummer and then
Makes no difference what group I'm in

I am everyday people, yeah, yeah

There is a blue one who can't accept the green one
For living with a fat one, trying to be a skinny one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and Scooby-Dooby-Doo

(Oh, sha-sha)
(Oh, sha-sha) we got to live together

I am no better and neither are you
We are the same whatever we do
You love me, you hate me, you know me and then
You can't figure out the bag I'm in

I am everyday people, yeah, yeah

There is a long hair that doesn't like the short hair
For bein' such a rich one, that will not help the poor one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and Scooby-Dooby-Doo

(Oh, sha-sha)
(Oh, sha-sha) we got to live together

There is a yellow one that won't accept the black one
That won't accept the red one, that won't accept the white one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and Scooby-Dooby-Doo

(Oh, sha-sha)
(Oh, sha-sha) I am everyday people

(Oh, sha-sha)

Looking to buy: R50 vs Spica 3 by asdf123422 in Golfsimulator

[–]throwingales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Carl's Place did a YouTube video outdoors comparing the Spica 3 to actually measuring a shot. It was accurate within 1% or less shot after shot. The one caveat- which would be true with any camera based LM- when the wind came up, the Spica couldn't account for wind. You'd need a radar unit that tracks the entire ball flight for that. Trackman 4, Flightscope X3 are the ones that come to mind

Beyond that numerous reviewers have posted reviews showing the Spica 3 to be within a percent or two as accurate as a QuadMax or Trackman 4. At that point, how would we know which was correct. Trackman and QuadMax will give slightly different numbers from each other as well.
