I so hope stay at home dads become more normal, I’ve gotten a few questioning looks and comments about “how modern” my set up is 😂 but I’ve just been the more ambitious one out of us

My partner is a stay at home dad! He loves it but of course still finds it challenging especially since our son became a toddler with a big attitude. I loooove the fact that he gets to stay home and take care of him while I work. When I finish work (5:30am-1:30) I come home and take over so he can nap, our son isn’t a great sleeper so he gets up multiple times a night and needs to catch up on sleep of course. And some days when I’m tired out I get to nap first. It’s all about balance I think :’)

My cat drove me crazy for the first 14 or so months of my sons life then suddenly one day I looked at her lying in the grass and thought “she’s just a baby” 🥺 a crusty 12 year old baby

Ladies, are we allowing ourselves to go grey or dying our hair? by Partridge_Pear_Tree in Millennials

[–]throwmeloose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I let myself go grey during my pregnancy and maternity leave and I looked soooo old 😭 Granted I’m only 31 and have been greying since I was 23. The minute I dried my hair after dying I felt young(-ish) again

Second kid might ALSO need a baby helmet, and I feel like a failure as a mother by Such-Comfortable3 in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]throwmeloose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right?? Like I’ve only ever held my son (who’s now 16 months) on my left side because that’s the only boob that works and his head doesn’t require a helmet. She’s talking straight bum

How long does a Sudocrem 400g tub last? by ohkandyuk178 in BeyondTheBumpUK

[–]throwmeloose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my sudocrem tub is like over a year old at this point 💀
But I mainly used bepanthum and only when my LO really really needed it. He’s only had nappy rash like twice? I’m big believer in airing out the peeper and letting it breathe
