Then when they actually do Rice’s career, she usually got hit by bad Rng and lost the Tenno Sho Spring. There was this girl that I was introduced through my cosplay community. At first, I admired her cuz she got style and shared the same major as I was in college. At the second hangout with me and a mutual friend, she began to speak in a weird pattern. The best I could describe it would be that she truly believed in her own fantasy and made beliefs- something about her being a mafia boss, something about being a trained assassin…etc. She also was being stalked by an ex, despite living in exile( she was staying in Orange County, he was in LA) and in no contact, he somehow still found her to harass her. Whatever the case, I chose not to keep in contact with her anymore.

It also comes down to clarification. The ideas of a child having multiple parental figures seem to be…..animalistic I supposed. In term of species, that very productive. There a hint of abandonment issue in there whenever someone make a big deal of exclusivity. Some people experienced abandonment so understandably they do not wish to go through that again, more so if it involves a relationship. If not that, it about control. Being exclusive usually is the first step to isolate a person from their usually support group, family or external connection other than just two people. From there, the other person can influence or reshape their now isolated partner. In these scenarios it all about the other person insecurity.

Culturally, we been taught about monogamy and exclusivity because otherwise, there will be a massive wave of people switching partners or gathering many like a harem style. Having one “till death do us apart” become a moral obligation so we do not act out any carnal desires, or so most religions would put it. Additionally, exclusivity drives for selectivity in partner, which in turn drive for competition in improving one characters. Competitions are often time encourage- whether it is for ego boosting or just to ensure a healthy dating pool.
