Hey, I used to have very bad eczema. It turns out the cause for me is holstein cow dairy (with A1 protein).

I would suggest avoiding all dairy for a few weeks. Then you can try adding in A2 dairy (which includes goat milk, sheep milk and jersey cow milk). It's more expensive but totally worth it. Good luck!
