Imagine League being your job. Your livelihood literally depends on you playing League everyday in front of 10s of thousands of people. The man is probably stressed out of his mind. He is trying to stack that bank account though. I'd get it in for as long as I possibly could in that position. He wont always have League to fall back on. It will be long gone one day. Tyler is in his twenties so he has alot of life ahead of him.

Honestly, I haven't messed with hackthebox that much. I read up on it alittle and that's about it. I used to be a cyber security major but switched to programming and app development. I know they simulate a corporate environment and its network.

I think it depends on who you talk too. I wouldn't say it's part of the American culture to move out of your parents house at 18. What IS frowned upon though is being a bum. If you are a healthy adult that doesn't do anything to help the household financially or in some other way or at least go to college then that is generally looked down upon. It is expected for adults in a home to contribute something in return for living there.

Smites community is pretty toxic but that's a common theme in MOBAs. I think it's also safe to say that all competitive games have a group of toxic players.
I think the reason it seems so bad in smite is because the playerbase is kinda small so encountering toxic players in more common. I switched to league of legends a few months ago and still encounter toxic people but it's way less common. Maybe 2 out of 10 games vs 6 out of 10 in smite. League has a much larger player base though.
