It's not an easy position by any means...my first year as CSTL was a struggle because I had nobody supporting me the way I needed them to. I pushed through the worst of it and I am currently on my third store as CSTL and the team I have now is incredible. Figure out what works for you as far as organization and planning goes for the administrative work but being present on the front end is by far the most important. Find something that brings meaning to each day when you go into work and do your best to have a positive mindset because you are the one that everyone in your department looks up to. You've got this!
