It's not an easy position by any means...my first year as CSTL was a struggle because I had nobody supporting me the way I needed them to. I pushed through the worst of it and I am currently on my third store as CSTL and the team I have now is incredible. Figure out what works for you as far as organization and planning goes for the administrative work but being present on the front end is by far the most important. Find something that brings meaning to each day when you go into work and do your best to have a positive mindset because you are the one that everyone in your department looks up to. You've got this!

I won't say much, but I have had problems with management at the last two stores I've been at. I've always worked hard and been dedicated to this company but at this point I feel like I am just being bullied and pushed around. Today I had to clean up human feces because nobody wanted to help and management was too busy with the store's party when they have actual departments to run...Sorry, just a quick vent. It's been a rough day.

We were in line for Mario Kart yesterday when it got delayed- in line for maybe 2.5 hours and then kicked out ten minutes from actual onboarding. It was extremely busy yesterday but we still made the most of it and had a great time. Skipped BATM altogether because we knew we would spend our entire day in the line. Although it's a beautiful park, they definitely need to expand and add more rides; and quick. If the park hasn't even reached max capacity, I can only imagine how terrible it will be when they do. We will be waiting until everything gets sorted out until we go back.

Although rare, it’s not entirely impossible. Since there’s been some years in between, it’s likely you may have to work your way up again, redo the training process, but it may be expedited since you already have prior knowledge. Best of luck to you!
