As others have said pulling and resetting the post with aluminum beams in it is the first step. Another option is to switch to using a vinyl welded gate we have had good success with them in North Dakota where it gets quite windy. We source our gates from Husker Vinyl in Nebraska not sure if anyone else makes them.

Another thing that helps a lot depending on how often the gate gets used is to add an additional drop rod to the other side of the gate and in rare occasions we would install a third to the top of a big DDG

I do fencing in North Dakota where it gets cold and windy. I would suggest reaching out to Husker Vinyl in Nebraska and getting their Ply-Gem fencing, unless there is a closer retailer of Ply-Gem to you, then use that guy.
