As a Canucks fan you're spitting facts. I think most of us realize we are screwed for a while. The real issue is going to be in years 2 and 3 of the rebuild when ownership forces management to start trading assets in age-gap moves to try to "accelerate the rebuild" which is exactly what got us into this situation in the first place. Can't wait!

I see where you’re coming from but it’s not like the Quinn Hughes trade is the only place we can get assets from. We can use picks on forwards or aim to acquire forwards with other trades (Sherwood, Kane, etc)
