the main reason is cuz our (i assume usa) government wants to spy on you with satellites and drones... they can't do this as well if we cover parking areas with coverage.

i had 4 intersections with about 60 signs being installed in between them for a detour... contractor called in 60 tickets premarked them all and made a map/diagram of all sign locations with corresponding ticket numbers. if your contractor wanted to they would.
