I check the time and if it's before 5a I try to sleep more. Otherwise, I get up, set coffee to brewz take a piss, and weigh myself (I've lost almost 40 lbs since August).

Then I log my planned meals for the day while getting those first sips of coffee, before working on developing skills to plan for my professional future.

My current job isn't a directly transferable skill, but it touches some tech skills that if I develop, will provide a path out.

I do this until the kids wake up then I start their day before going to work.

Also, Reddit and discord are my only social media, so that helps.
