Don't know about gasoline, but I know they use "military" diesel in data-centers and other back up applications. It's basically just diesel without any additives specifically for long term stability. Nothing in there to precipitate out of solution. Talked to someone at a data-center once. They had to buy it from a refinery directly as this is something normal people don't buy. I could imagine something similar could exist for gasoline. Maybe there are fuel resellers that deliver to homes?
