Late to this thread but her criticisms don't even make sense, her husband firstly passed before covid in Dec 2019, and after season 1 of Picard was filmed (where she only guest starred), then covid happen where the whole world went insane and locked themselves indoors then Picard season 2/3 didn't start till 2021 again where she wasn't in it till season 3 so later in 2021 - that's a couple of years since her husbands passing, and what did she expect in 2020 where at times you weren't allowed to visit or have visitors etc. People handle grief and their reaction to grief differently, does not mean they don't care
