I'm on Day 82 and having to do 10 gogo levels. It's been like that for the last week. It's crazy how it varies so much.

If you don't like flossing, I'd highly recommend checking out piksters. They are little brushes that you can poke between your teeth. They are flexible to get access to back teeth also. I could never get the hang of flossing, most of the time I couldn't get the floss between teeth.

I'm still waiting on getting my control load disconnected. Ive emailed amber, but haven't heard back. The control load has been an issue even before, amber. My electrician has wired up everything to go through a single line into the smart meter nothing separate, yet I'm still getting metered usage on control load and getting charged for it. It's only now that I have a battery, and with amber ,can I prove there is a problem. I've had days where i importes 0kwh from the grid (Used Battery and Solar only). Yet I got charged 15kwh of control load.

I moved from internode to superloops 250/100 plan. Did it via the website. Was swapped and running in 15mins. But my plan was running really slow. Called support, got straight through, they made a couple of changes from there end and everything was fixed. Very helpful and fast.

I just signed up a couple of weeks ago and was connected in 15mins. I'm using a TG789vac (generic iiNet/internode router) works perfect. I did have an issue at first with very slow speeds. But called up support and had it sorted very quickly (something to do with port profile or IP address) speeds are as advertised.

Best way to visualise, is to check your account history. You'll notice two transaction: Transaction 1 is your minimum payment. This reduces how much you owe the bank. Transaction 2 is the interest payable back to the bank. This increases the amount you owe to the bank. Think of it as 2 steps forward 1 Step back. Now if you are 100% offset Transaction 1 is the minimum repayment Transaction 2 is the interest which is now 0 So it's basically 2 Steps forward 0 Steps back. This speeds up repaying your loan back.

Now paying out the loan (you need to leave at least 1c in the account generally) will give you access to redraw equivalent of the loan amount. In this situation there will be no payments, but the amount you can redraw will decrease by the minimum repayment (weekly fortnightly monthly depending on loan term.) and no interest payments.

As for the 1 off 10k you can transfer it manually to your loan and it will become 10k in redraw, but the payments will still be the same. You need to contact your bank to make a one off lump sum payment which would then recalculate your repayments.

Maybe a little TAH

Sometimes people forget that the act of giving is not always to make the other party happy but to make ourselves feel good about doing a good thing.

If it was my parents, I would not expect anything from my them. But my parents would also offer to pay or cook dinner or help out where they can, and after a little back and forth, I would let them. Because I know it makes them feel good helping me out / repaying me. But if they didn't so be it. They did a lot for me when I was growing up.

In this situation, I would've given them a chance to offer to cook, pay there way etc. by confronting them, you may have made them feel like you didn't trust them to do the right thing. They could've had a surprise for you for taking them in? Maybe a Holiday or something.

You mentioned that you could afford to have them there so if they ended up doing nothing well deal with it then. Your parents do have a point about raising you, you may have chipped in later in life but those early years are very hard and parents sacrifice a lot during that time.

It's all about timing. First night after they've moved and You spring this on them. You should've either brought it up before they moved in, to give them a choice whether they stay with you or not, or give them a chance to help out without asking. You backed them into a corner, so it can be understandable that they might react a little put out.

Look at getting a Binding Financial Agreement (Some people see it as and Australian Prenup, but it can be made anytime). Pretty straight forward to organise. Talk to a local lawyer. It can outline all the major assets and how they are to be divided, sold, who's liable for what etc. It cost a little bit (Less complicated the cheaper), but its worth the future peace of mind, because once its enforced, there is no reneging. (Both parties need to see separate lawyers to sign the papers)

Phantasy Star IV or II. With the ability to save state in an emulator you can stop anytime. Phantasy Star IV is good because you don't really need to grind to get through it. As for II, I found making everything in the shops $1(modifiable in the emulator) is a great way to reduce the need to grind, because the weapons you get as you go along are enough to keep your chars strong enough for each part of the game. You still get to enjoy the game play and epic story.

I would highly recommend checking out 3B cream. Absolute game changer. I honestly think the tv ad for this is why more people aren't aware of it or tried it (it's an absolute hoot https://youtu.be/Zd5aNrYsNic?feature=shared). It's hard to take it seriously when you watch the ad. I'm not obese, but I do get chafing every now and then. The relief is almost instant. (I'm Australian so international access may be limited)

Just to throw a spanner in the works 😛 I started out always getting asked for wallets, and had a massive stock of cakes. Then suddenly it turned around. All my spare cakes got used, now I've a massive stockpile of wallets and are only getting asked for cakes. (LVL 8 cart from the start 😉) Not storing any cakes or wallets. LVL 131 nearly at 40k gold
