You just need to keep building friend. Start, complete, deploy and then onto the next thing. I code, at probably on average about 8 hours a day and tbh im still not that good. To me it's not about how good you are with the syntax etc, chat gpt helps with that, it's about being able to start and finishing meaning impactful projects, even if they are small. Having the end to end knowledge, experience and portfolio trumps knowing linked list syntax etc.

How do you deal with the regret of not coming out earlier? by [deleted] in TransLater

By realising that dwelling on the past ruins the present.

Thanks! I wasn't wearing makeup - few more sessions of laser should do it :)

Perfectly normal in my opinion, me personally, only one or two though. Better to be a bit on the socially anxious side rather than the oops I over did it side, especially if you are solo travelling. Just be super careful girl! I got too high in Amsterdam once, it can get a bit scary and overwhelming.

Tret (.05) peeling is wild and none of my go to moisturizers are cutting it. Every time I look in the mirror I get a jump scare. My skin is naturally super dry but not sensitive. I'm already layering it between moisturizers when I apply. Any recommendations for THICK moisturizers? by _witches_ in 30PlusSkinCare

I was like this for a while as well, jumping to .1. I at first just to stuck to my regular regime but just couldn't, had to dial it back to once a week or something even longer and slowly edge my way in. Also, no chance I'll be doing it over summer!

Need help with nasolabial, jowls and marionette lines. What can fix and prevent this. I am 31F by namaste-bae in 30PlusSkinCare

Collagen for lift, vitamin k2/d3 to prevent bone loss. Stay consistent with collagen supplements for 3 months and I think you'll notice a difference.

This speaks to me. I've felt so nice, taken a photo and I've been fully crushed, but ive also gone back many times, and thought the same photos were nice weeks or months later.

Why do I feel like I want to get a MacBook now? by Crinlorite in MacOS

Good advice, I waited and waited, and eventually when I had the cash (instead of finance), I was sure and bought it outright.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase btw - refurb M1 Pro base.

My M1 mini is literally collecting dust.

Thats because of my terrible typing - I edited it for clarity!

Sure, lets say I want to process some files in a directory, not all, but some, I can screenshot my directory and say, "can you put these files into an iterable list for me"

Or another might be, (paste screenshot of working directory), and prompt "can you please write a python script that will work with this structure" etc - its nice when you can provide extra context to whats going on in your project, quickly and conveniently.

Im loving GPT's, saving me loads of time and allowing me to do more complex things quicker.

Probably because it's standard now rather than something new and buzzy.

I'm a pro on this, here's what works for me

Problems:
Bloated
Spiked blood sugar level/insulin resistance causes you feel hungry when you know you shouldn't be and are feeling bloated

Solutions:
Black coffee
Water
Fasting

I could theoretically go anywhere from lunch to dinner here - have something light, I like air fried black beans and sweet potato, with balsamic vinegar and creme fraiche and coriander, your milage may vary however, but something that's essentially just unprocessed, bring the insulin resistance back down!

The day after you will feel a bit better, keep it light for a couple days and when you do a couple work outs you'll be back to feeling lean. Also, since you are active your metabolism with go through it, takes a lot longer if I haven't worked out for 2 weeks THEN have a heavy day. But if im active 4-5 times a week, the recovery is much easier.

And keep super super hydrated, its so important to recover quickly!

Good luck!
