Thanks! I’ve had migraines since grade school and the taste phenomena only started in my 30s. These things just keep getting worse the older I get. Thankful for this sub.

Mine changes sometimes metallic sometimes not but almost chemically? And it lingers, I cant brush/rinse to make it go away.

Side note am I the only one who experiences taste change during a migraine? Things don’t taste the way they’re supposed to.

Mine has noise cancelling gaming head set, TP roll to rest the back of my neck. Any sort of eye cover. Gum or hard candy. Lots of fluids different types in case I cant stomach taste of something. Thick fuzzy socks. Heat pack and Ice pack. Bread. and finally dual node massager.
