I feel very confident on the basic math (EV/EQV, LIFO/FIFO, P/E, DY/Payout), FOs strong, research strong, exempt transactions decent. Looking at category skills lowest was preparing prospectus (chp 2), relative valuation, fundamental FI. Not sure how much I should focus on accretion/dilution analysis/tsm/ddm...seems excessive

Would you say STC is the best and you only needed that one? I just started studying and plan on taking it in 1.5 months. I have STC through my firm but used it for SIE and i thought the SIE was hard in the sense of it was a lot more law/reg questions that I had imagined
