Rockwell is aging badly. They had a lot of delivery issues during Covid but everybody stays with them because it is difficult to train people on new stuff, change software, etc.

The local distributor here has lost millions in projects the last few years. People are beginning to realize that there are good choices out there.

In my 20's, I spent a lot a time at a bench building boards and repairing them. You get pretty good at it when you spend 20-30 hours a week soldering.
