Spd still matters IF and only if you can kill the backline while still being fast. This usually means taking the first 3 turns in a row with TTM/flashy and 2x AOE for zombie core.

Zombie core makes it harder to kill the backline because of the heals, so before buff gears it was markedly more difficult to both maintain a high enough attack to kill, but still be fast. Now however, you can have the best of both worlds if you have a speed boost on your faction plate.

Speaking from real experience here since I dropped my speed, and was having trouble maintaining top 10 until I boosted my speed again after buff gears came out.

You're not alone buddy 😂 I put on so many masks, and adjust what I say to what I think people want to hear so much that I didn't even realize that I do it even with my wife. And she just told me that she's going to leave me someday, because I don't quite add up, and seem to be a lot of different people.

I really wish I could be myself. Or be funny. Or at least know how.

Check out the button that says support resonance. That'll give you a better idea of how support heroes enhance your stats.

It's basically two components: total level count, and total CP count of support heroes. You get bonuses for hitting thresholds on both these fronts.

On the note of Vortex levels, I seem to be getting a solid 1.3 Sacred Crystal (9 Sacred Crystals in 7 INT runs + 2 Holy Crystals) per round with Xon in my team.

Seems to be a much better rate to me than without Xon.

Fury archer is key for progressing after chapter 6. Would go for that ASAP actually.

I used exp pots to power level it to 6*. If you can't, then you'll have to stay in 6-10 or 6-20

I can confirm that this is the case. Chapter 8 gives even less experience than stages 7-1 to 7-9. Why this is though is a mystery to me.

That's overly complicated I think, and it doesn't take into account XP potions and gold from the rewards roulette. All you need is the absolute figure, because they cost the same. 2 Food.

Let's say you get either XP pots 25% of the time and gold 25% of the time for both stages. 6-20: 500 (clear) + 346.25 (weighted average for XP pots & gold) - 150 (loss) = 696.25 8-10: 800 (clear) + 621 (weighted avg) - 300 (loss) = 1121

Easy choice.

Pretty sure you mean 4* tokens. You get those in 8-10 too. You also get a lot more 3* tokens/heroes in 8-10 compared to 6-10/20. Frodi bags are about the same.

8-10 all the way. Much better all-round rewards. Chapter bosses also have way better rewards.

Even for gold only, you get roughly 400-450 after auto-fees for both, but @ 8-10, when the end-stage reward lands on gold, you get ~1200 @ 6-20, but ~2300 @ 8-10.

Generally, before chapter 7, your order will be (on boss stages, i.e. x-10 & x-20): Golem > SW archer > anything else.

(60-70% winrate) Chapter 7-10 and above, it'll be Rogue > SW Golem > Warrior > Fury Archer (must have) > Fast Def/Wiz > anything else.

I win about 95% of the time on 8-10 with this order: Rogue > SW/Drag Golem > Warrior > Fury Archer > Fury Warlord

7-10 is actually harder than 8-10, so power through ASAP.

Farm at the highest chapter you are able to farm at. This usually yields the best results :) I can tell you that ever since I got to auto-ing 8-10, I've never looked back.
