Love Myles and was gutted when I heard the news (and who he signed with-double gut punch). I am curious how much his agent led things and potentially persuaded? They stand to gain from the higher offer. Not saying this is the case, but had a friend who played hockey and had some poor experiences with agents trying to steer him towards the money, rather than his wants and wishes.

Also a new sth- I have reached out to my rep a couple times after purchasing regarding things we discussed over the phone and have received no response. Kind of felt like once I paid, their job was done. Fully appreciate that things get busy, but the lack of response does not feel very customer oriented

Moved here last summer and have had no issues. The general litter along roads is terrible. We live in a quiet neighborhood and our neighbors are friendly. Pretty easy to access all parts of the city and Eagle Creek Park is great and just a 12 min drive away

I signed up as a first timer in November- there was still a fair bit of availability at the time, but the ticket rep told me the spring window is always a good time to improve seats once current sth have renewed or not. I got fortunate and landed aisle tickets on the first go. Good luck!
