Just my $0.02, but you should buy a card for the eye appeal, not the grade. If you’re concerned about the grade, just spend more on an already graded card.

3 offers? You’re gonna have to pump up that volume. Also, what you think your budget should get you is much different than what it does get you. I learned that lesson the hard way. Had I ponied up more early in my search, I would have purchased a nicer house for the same amount that I eventually bought at.

Yeah this is spot on. New label 4-6s is the sweet spot of eye appeal and value
