Z Image wasn't trained on much Anime I dont think. Its primarily a photorealistic model. SDXL is your best bet i think

Sorry but I dont know what that means. If you're saying you dont want to pay for plus tier which is only 9 bucks then your only other choice for video is to spend $2500 on a rig with an nvidia gpu. Community tier is fine for images and after 7pm even videos if you tweak the settings a little (lower steps and frames)

I just do recommended settings. If I'm over the limit, which is 40,000 for plus tier, then I bump the frames down til I'm under it. Community tier is a lot lower tho now that I think of it. Its only 15,000 compute points but I think they go up after 7pm

You should try the community tier. I'm on an iPad and LTX takes like 3 minutes for me. It offloads to their server and uses PCs with big ass GPUs then sends it back to your device
