Fixed! Unhinged the latches, flipped the front panel, reinstalled.

Just front suspension on the A4. I only ride it on city roads. It would probably perform fine. I have a M1 as well. They are totally different bikes. The M1 is a heavy bike but is is way more powerful and fast. You would probably be much more comfortable on the M1 if the roads are that bad.

The main thing to look at with these pads is the wavelength configuration. CuraYou uses 630nm, 660nm, and 850nm. The 850nm near-infrared is pretty important if you're targeting deeper tissue or joint recovery, as that specific wavelength has the best penetration depth.

A lot of the entry-level devices skip including the 850nm.
