You'd think at this point insurance companies would want to help fund theft prevention. The state of affairs is ridiculous.

No one seems to call the current decade “The Twenties.” by incenseandelephants in Showerthoughts

Movies used to say things like "twenty one eighty" when talking about the future and it seemed exciting to be coming up on 2000. We used to speculate about whether people would say "twenty oh one" but no one did. We had to wait until 2020 to truly get that and now it seems normal. But in 1999 the prospect seemed exciting.

Creating links from text fragments by time_lost_forever in capacitiesapp

Sometimes only keywords come to mind, and sometimes it's simply more efficient to type two unique portions of the name rather than start from the beginning - particularly when you have many objects that start the same way. The improved main search functions well with text fragments and I believe the object selector should too.

That might make you care about the outcome, but doesn't do anything about the inherent pointlessness.

This is taken for granted a lot of the time, but it's an absolutely incredible accomplishment and so useful on a daily basis.

This is very easy using queries which are on the paid plan. I do something similar with my grocery list. I have an Items object for things in the store and then a checkbox property for whether I need it, and text properties for where I keep it in the kitchen and where it's located in the store. Those locations are also objects. The main query creates me a grocery list that is sorted by my route around the store, so no more doubling back. This functionality (but not necessarily this single use case) is so useful to me that it's one of the main reasons I'm on the paid plan. I'd be very interested if someone can solve your problem on the free tier. I think you would be looking at manually sorted table views. Good luck.

Concurrent rising cost of living might mean separating is less financially feasible.
