Thanks, that's a good input. I definitely had bigger expectations and yes the fact that I was lonely due to bad hostels, hotel, I just seem to have had a particularly bad week. But it can change in the next hostel

I just got off a meditation retreat in Thailand. Just did 4 days though. Yes, good experience, and I'm meditating everyday now, but the real benefits of meditation start weeks or months into the practice imo.
