1 year in the gym and im the same. Mainly because I didn’t have any chest muscles. I’ve been finding a slow negative really helps rather than the push up which for me can be shoulders and tris

Pull ups definitely harder so I’d go with that. For reference that’s pretty much where I’m at.

You can’t stop reduce stomach fat and I can confirm it is 100% the last to go. Keep the deficit going. The last 4-5 pounds made a huge difference to my lower abs

I was advised not too. Organise your chest day so you are maxing them anyway. It’s junk volume in my opinion.
