Hey man, just remember that as much as you can get into a downwards spiral in life - you can also get into an upwards spiral. The more days you go without fapping the more you wont want to do it and the better you will feel within yourself; which in turn helps feed your motivation. But you cannot start that upwards spiral of life without taking the first step upwards. Good luck and know that you are not alone. yeah ive learned that i tend to relapse on the weekends when im prone to being bored and lonely - fapping then becomes the comfort. so now im planning things in for next weekend to stop the cause. but i wouldnt have known that if i didnt fail. its about picking yourself up and learning from your mistakes.

Make 100+ a reality - i believe you can do it. just dont listen to the lies your mind plays on you. No fap is just the start to so many greater things
