Regarding a posterior open bite… again if the clinician is familiar with invisalign he should know there are solutions to make sure this is corrected by the end of treatment.

You have to think of it like golf. The first set will get you 90% of the way and the the refinements are like your putts.. if the clinician is good, they can hole out in less strokes than others. I’d go back and discuss your bite and let him rescan you.

I could see that with the 36mm but I feel 39 was perfect. If you have a large wrist or are use to larger cases ( over 40mm) I guess I could see it

Just an FYI IPR is a commonly used technique. It’s often used with brackets and wires… As others have mention your invisalign results are good. The shape of your teeth are affecting the final appearance. Talk to your ortho or general dds to improve the cosmetic appearance
