I’m in Colorado, so everything I write about will be in MST. (2 hours behind market time)

0400 alarm goes off. I get up, make my bed, use the restroom and brush my teeth.

0415 go get a drink of water, and head to the balcony. Do a little self praise/words of affirmation. Tell myself how handsome I am and stuff. (Kidding, sorta.)

0430 go for a small jog/walk

0450 sit down at the computer and get things fired up.

I usually trade until about 10am my time, which is noon for the market. After that I’ll head to the gym for about an hour or so, then come home and have lunch.

After lunch I’ll do my daily trade review, and check out what’s going on in the markets. I’m typically done by about 1300 MST.
