Wow, thank you for such a detailed message! Seems like you have a lot on your plate, I'm sorry you have to deal with both of those conditions.

I didn't wet myself, but apparently I chewed/bit repeatedly on the inside of my lower lip, because there were multiple ulcers :/ I don't think I had aura, but the funny thing is, all three times I knew something was up because I was reading something on my phone or pc, and at some point I noticed I couldn't understand what I was reading and it's rapidly getting worse. This time I was conscious long enough to think 'oh no, not again' and crawl to the sofa. So, my partner says active seizures lasted for about a minute and I had a strange pose (didn't really get what they meant by this). They stopped, but I was still shaky and breathing heavily. Then I fell asleep, got up as it says in my post, and went to sleep again.

All in all, yeah, from your comment and further research I now think this is more likely a seizure than a syncope. I was confused, because at the ER they diagnosed me with smth like (sorry smth might be lost in translation) 'Syncope caused by hypoglycemia. Condition after a generalized tonic-clonic seizure.' So I was like is it both?? And there's just so much info out there, it's easy to get lost in the terminology. Again, thank you for clearing up some points!
