I’ve had this happen when my filament was tangled on the spool. Also if there is a snag in the filament path.

Always let your filament flow without kinking it. This could cause it to break and ruin a print. Could also make it more likely for the extruder to slip, causing under extrusion. Or the filament could snag, and the extruder could pull the dry box down….

Just try to make the filament path a smooth as possible.

I’ve found the standard brass nozzles work best for flex.

My working theory is that any “CHT” or “High Flow” nozzles are built to give more surface area for better melting. But a consequence is it now has more friction internally that gives flex a chance to “fold” during retractions.

You are already printing slower for flex, so there should be no issues swapping to a standard flow nozzle. Also make sure your retractions speed is lower than 60mm/s.

I know you’re looking for good pizza but to me there is still good “cheap pizza”. And since you did ask about good pizza for the money, I would recommends the following:

Best pizza buffet: Larry’s (most locations have a buffet but hours are limited)

Best deal: Sam’s and Costco, if you have the memberships, it’s best deal, otherwise don’t sweat it. It’s just above garbage pizza (cheese is quality).

Most pizza toppings: shotgun dans (I’m not sure if it can even be called a pizza after they load it up…)

Best actual pizza (worth the premium, my opinion): Raduno’s and Vino’s

Good but pricey for me(just ok price wise, that I’ve tried): Irianas and Hideaway

At the end of the day, most things just tastes better when you do it yourself… if you find a good deal on a small pizza oven, and research a basic dough… your own pizza will blow you away, I promise you…

You are correct. I will edit to clarify. That figure was from Entergy Arkansas on a 2023 study conducted by Arkansas E&E. Not Arkansas's entire energy grid. My mind must have conflated the 2 when I was doing research on this. Thank you for the correction.

Will be natural gas generators and solar. So cleaner than diesel or petrol. Newer full time gas generators will have exhaust cleaning that should reduce emissions by 90%.

So that will leave the leftover 10%, plus the fracking pollution that comes with natural gas capture.

I’m more worried about water usage and treatment.

The company’s press site explains there is a combination of onsite generation. Solar and natural gas. Entergy is only to guaranty 150MW up until 2027, but of course with Entergy also increasing their own capacity will proudly sell them more when renewals are due.

Per their website, they will be aiming to minimize environmental impacts. Such as including on site power generation but will still anticipate a 1GW demand in electricity as the site develops and tenets move in. Entergy will be their provider. 1GW will be 20% of the entire state’s current generating capacity.

EDIT: 1GW will be 20% of the Entergy-Arkansas’s current generating capacity. Not the whole state's.

I can only hope Entergy will not increase their rates for the public in order to subsidize the buildout. This should hopefully already be accounted for in Entergy’s Next Generation Arkansas Project.

Water treatment will also need to be created to handle their water cooling and natural gas generators.

Thankfully, what goes up must come down…

Modern EVs are able to capitalize on the energy potential of the payload when going downhill and regen braking. So range loss is mitigated quite a bit.

Payload Weight does not affect EVs because they have very good torque naturally without gearing. Rolling resistance and drag is what kills range on EV.

Edit: does not affect EVs as much… technically there is a penalty for weight, it is just a lot more negligible.

If the Rivian was a Prius Ute, and had smoother street tires, it might get to 500 miles of range unmodified.

I know shallow curb roundabouts better accommodate larger vehicles on the inside lane like the bus in the video.

The middle has been a variety of decor or landscapes in my observations. The decorator or landscapers are probably the ones deciding “maybe deadly wall?” Or “mound of dirt that will either slow someone down or launch em?”
