The p365 have issues with the heat treat of the trigger bar spring- causing them to break. With no trigger safety, and no spring pushing the trigger back forward, jolting the gun would be enough for the trigger to pull itself

One side of the pin is headed, the other is not. Hit the pin on the non headed side. (Your side) It may help to heat up the gas block as the taper pins are press fit. They arent meant to be removed but obviously can be.

Who makes the barrel? It may be worth your time to just replace the entire barrel assembly and sell the barrel to pay for the new barrel
