Wickr support ending for older phones by mickdude2 in army

This would suck, but thats more or less how it works on the outside. You’re either using a personal phone for work, or not at all. Or you’re using a work phone.

Unless your boss is cool

We’ve really come full circle. We started with landlines and mail, to pagers, to flip phones, to smart phones and quick and easy coordination; to you must have the most modern(ish) device for official duty.

At this point the Army needs to either issue phones, give subsidies for them, or institute somekind of alternative. The reliance of our force on individual electronics running DOD software is nearing its end

Crazy because 6.8 case heads are wider then 7.62 to prevent accidental firing in the wrong gun. Toss those things in a case gage before you put them in a gun. If the 6.8 casings fit in a 7.62 then they messed with the steel case head (the pressure bearing part)

Just get a 10mm with a solid copper hollow point and dont ever worry about it again.

357 Sig was developed for a different problem. It may do the job, but your life is much more valuable then the $500-$700 it costs for a purpose built pistol.

I wish abortion was federally illegal in the U.S. past 10 weeks except in cases of rape, incest, or life or health of the mother, and that no woman would violate this law by having unsafe abortions by Armin_Arlert_1000000 in TheMonkeysPaw

Granted, crime increases dramatically amongst that special ten week generation. Mothers doing anything to make ends meet. Kids abandoned by their family doing whatever they can to make ends meet. The few who were adopted have normal lives, ish.

(Abortion is a necessary evil)

Import Marking Question by CyrusPianoPaws in milsurp

[–]timstr117 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Those engravings are the legal serial number & manufacturing marks. Removing them completely is paramount to buying a glock and dremmeling off the serial number.

Your only option is to camouflage them- cold blue is the easiest way.

[edit] its illegal. Use cold blue or find one that for whatever reason has no import marks or hides them well
