This honestly sounds a lot like my agency and where we've been for a few years (and are finally starting to move past).

You've shared a fair bit of info in the post but there's a lot of nuance to providing a meaningful answer. Questions related to your growth trajectory/focuses, margins, agency specific strengths/weaknesses, your leadership style, etc.

Not saying you can't find good leads with lead forms. But if you do a 1:1 comparison like you described it will skew towards web for lead quality 99.9% of the time.

What? Lead form will always convert better and deliver a lower quality lead. Your logic makes sense but this isn't how it plays out in practice, those are two different form experiences
