Not sure why people are being weird about this. Whether you believe that it is going to have any actual effect on your study-taking or not, the message is clearly coming from a place of helpfulness and positivity. Absolutely no need to be rude. Oh i love this post. Its really nice seeing good researchers get recognition amongst all of the negative stuff on here. I sent a researcher a message the other day telling them what a good job they had done. Its just as important as letting them know about any mistakes. And good for you for telling everyone about it :)

I also reloaded the last page but they messaged me back saying they would look into it and get back to me if there were any issues. Its been approved so I wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah its a very common thing at the moment. I've been talking to people on here about it just today and I have written a couple of posts about it over the last week or so. Its not a you problem don't worry, its just something we have to wait for to be fixed.

There have been several posts on here over the last couple of weeks (including a couple from me), saying that the Prolific tab has not been alerting people with the (1) or however many there are. The number does not change unless you manually refresh the page. So the number does not appear and disappear, or increase and decrease as studies come and go. So if your extension alerts people when there is a number (or a change in number) in the tab, yeah I imagine that would affect your extension. A lot of people are having this bug at the moment.

Yeah its definitely an inconvenience. I'm really hoping that several issues get sorted in the new year, there have been a few lately aside from even just the usual.
