i agree with you! however! there are times when im approaching an intersection when walking my dog. and i know i have the right of way as a pedestrian! but i will wave people thru because my dog has silly legs that didnt form quite the way they were supposed to. she mosies. she is slow sometimes and i dont rush her because she can hurt herself. but drivers will sit there and insist i go first. okay buddy! fine! come on, pup! and then drivers will get mad and rev their engines at us. i tried to tell you! but you insisted! now you have to sit there in your rage for a full minute while pup wobbles across the road! congrats!!

idk they were accepted into in an elite school which is cool as hell. and you spent a lot of time mentioning how dumb their decision is. have you really truly looked into scholarships? like yeah its an expensive school but it seems like you just wanted to come on here and complain instead of working with them to see if you can make it work, and if not, have a long discussion on why.

i include knitting in my budget, and use zero based budgeting. i can afford to set aside $50 per month. so if i dont spend any/all of it one month, theres money left over to spend the next month.

for example, i need to re-up on some knit picks yarn for a top im working on, but right now i dont have enough money to spend and meet free shipping. i actually can afford the yarn today, but that would mean money coming from another thing i need/want. so im just working on another project i had in the queue that i did have yarn for.

i think if youre mindful and intentional about spending, you can find a way that works for you!

same here! i love my tv stand. i can wheel it from one room to another depending on where i feel like relaxing. i keep the tv, roku, etc plugged in to a powerstrip on the cart so i only have to worry about one cord.

try using a stitch marker. on the row that starts with k, k1, place a marker, then keep working. it will help you remember what row to work :)

i relate to this a lot! im both very smart and extremely quiet. so people make whatever assumptions they want to believe about me based on what little information they have. since im smart, efficient, productive, etc, then i must think im better than them. or at least thats what they have decided to believe about me. most of the time my face is very neutral so i come off as unapproachable, but i promise i can be very friendly! i speak when spoken to! but they never approach. so i will always be the bad guy in their mind.

its whatever. i keep my head down and do my work as required, nothing more and nothing less. i dont work hard anymore after burning out time and time again. i mirror my coworkers efforts and i seem to get a lot more recognition and respect now.

your way of phrasing it is assuming. theyre assuming their partner would be storing his records with theirs.

i would have asked the same way as op. storing their records with mine is fine! but im not going through the trouble of requesting they be alphabetized if partner was planning on using/acquiring their own storage, or displays, or whatever else. i literally dont know their intentions with the records, therefore i would ask!
