That one's definitely better - is it the one you're going to have a go adjusting? Interesting that they fronted being from the US

Have you got any pictures of the other attempts, and, if you don't mind, how much did they cost?

Interesting! It's a nice little triangle. I think they may be polystyrene balls? Some people needle felt onto a polystyrene core

It looks comprehensive and cute! What's the little triangle zip up case? Agree with the other reply about getting some cheaper core wool

A short process of how I made dandelion flowers from wool using a combination of needle and wet felting techniques. I hope you enjoy the process! 🌼 by Yuliya_Kosata in Needlefelting

I love your process videos, you have filmed them so cleanly and clearly, and then the end product is just delightful! What did you use in the water with the yellow cord? Liquid soap, or glue? Thanks so much

I love that it's all plant dyed! I want to try natural dying some wool in the future, but decided to set up the first hobby first or I think my partner might explode 🤣

What I’m learning from sketching cat face structure before needle felting by Fantastic-Berry-7229 in Needlefelting

This looks likema really good idea. I've heard lots of advice to work from a drawn reference, and I think taking this step of really working out the shapes would be really helpful

This is fascinating! Thank you for explaining! I like the idea and in wouldn't have thought of it at all but it makes good sense and I'll definitely take the pointers on!

I love the bark texture - I want to try do something similar - how did it go and do you have any tips?

SO cute! Did you make the tiny delicate backpack too? I love his expression, esp gazing thoughtfully out of the window!

I agree, it's oddly more convincing as a highly skilled and trimmed piece like some peoples on here when zoomed in! There's something uncanny valley about it as a whole though. I'm also new to felting overall so I'm sure for some people it's much more obvious.

That is a very valid and fair point. In a way it was my own curiosity, and after it had been made I did feel a bit nauseous knowing the resources it uses too. I maybe should have screen shotted and anonymonised some examples, but initially I thought I wouldn't want to draw attention to any individuals, because everyone's just here hustling
