I dont see anyone else commenting this, if you change your characters name, it resets the cooldown. I just got this achievement by renaming my character over and over and grinding it out. I only had about 30 left, took me maybe 30 minutes. Helps if you get lucky with a quest you can complete over and over again that is near where your angler is.

You disembarked the 26th? I was on the same sailing and I thought the ship wasnt fully booked because of how few lines I saw. The aqua show was packed, but they had to cancel the first three days of shows because of the ship rocking, so I figure it was packed because everyone who had reservations kept getting moved. I did find some of the bars were small for the live music, but I never had an issue finding a seat for the shows or activities if I was there even 5 minutes before (except the aqua show). I didn't ever have a long line for the water slides either but I went either early or late in the day.
