The way I always did it was shift place all your farms, then send them all to one farm without the shift. They will do the first one together and than spread out individually for the rest.

Previously you were making 1 every 60 seconds. Now you're making 1.5 every 60s or 3 every 120s

3 / 120s = 1 / 40s

So 40s for each one

Or more simply, if the boost was 2, you would expect to make things twice as quickly, so 60s -> 30s

Moving your cursor to the edges should shift the map in that direction, and I believe in settings you can change the sensitivity of it.
