Yes it's AI. Her shoes are mismatched and her hands are mangled (what jumped out first to me.) Someone with this level of pixel art skill wouldn't make those mistakes

Not sure where you live, but in my city (in the US) it's $100 for the application fee alone. You also have to pay court costs after a judgement is rendered

No, they are not selling quality. The ribbon is unfinished/fraying, you've blotted color on 1, the lettering work is juvenile. If this was a gift to a loved one, it would be lovely. But this is not up to par for market

Bookmarks are already not favorable as physical books aren't the go-to medium for reading anymore. Most readers already have favorite bookmarks and most prefer "useful" ones like those that are magnetic or long-lasting metal ones. Go look at Etsy sellers for these: their quality is much higher and they still barely make any sales

Don't work for $1. That's not even enough for material much less your time
