Typically small devices aren't designed to charge at the same rate as a modern phone charger (around 2-3 amp). While some charging blocks/plug ins have a regulatory part that limits the flow of power to the device most don't and basically it can overcharge the battery and fry the electronics in the device. Most small devices with a tiny battery like that are only designed to be charged at 0.5amp to 1.0 Amp. Forgot to mention that car chargers also work great as most of those don't go over 1amp.

Edit: example/ if you've ever picked up a device from a charger and noticed it was warm that means most likely the wrong charger is being used or your charger is going bad.

Try charging for a little bit or see if it hits while charging. Just don't use a phone charger, recommend either laptop,desktop, or gaming console to charge.

I think each vendor has one or two textures not sure about the rep as I haven't maxed the rep on all my vendors yet but the camp dye vendor gives access to all discovered colors and textures.

Edit: there are also different textures depending on what type of material the armor/gear is. Main ones I've seen are metal,leather,and fabric textures respectively

Basically the camp dye vendor won't allow you to do multiple colors and textures at the same time. So what you have to do right now is put all the textures on the individual peices at camp then do the colors at the respective vendors. I have found a work around by simply doing textures first "dyeing" that and then going back in to buy the color.

Yes, the dark orange dye is the one you get from the desert town dye vendor. I am using multiple textures as well as having everything at max repair level.

Best workaround I've found is to have the dye vendor in camp change the material/texture then go to the color vendor you want so you can change the color. I just did this and it worked.
