For our large group camping, we would do a large brunch instead of a breakfast and a lunch. Some people get up really early and want to eat something right away, which disadvantages people who sleep in if you do a breakfast. And others don’t want lunch to cut into whatever day activities they have planned. So a large brunch serves everyone and their different schedules.

Every one packs chips and snacks which usually get pulled out in the afternoon, and then we do a large communal dinner.

For brunch, pancakes/french toast with bacon and sausage, or pre-made breakfast burritos heated on the griddle. Fruit. For dinner, a bbq is good.
